What time should I arrive?

Book your flight to land before 11 AM on your arrival day (2/17 if you're golfing, 2/18 for others).

Lunch begins at 12:00 PM PST with general session beginning at 1:00 PM PST on Wednesday, February 18th.

What time should I depart?

Please schedule your departure after 7 PM on Thursday, February 19th or anytime on Friday, February 20th.

Is transportation provided between the airport and hotel and back?

No. The Harry Reid International Airport is a quick 15-minute ride from the hotel. Please take an uber or a cab and share a ride with other attendees wherever possible. These trips will be expensed as normal business travel.

What are the check-in and check-out times of The Cosmopolitan?

The check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

May I extend my stay?

Business extended stay with your manager's approval can be expensed on your corporate American Express.

Personal extended stay needs to be put on your personal credit card.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas in February?

The average high is 66 degrees, and the average low is 33 degrees in Las Vegas in February. Please check the local weather forecast for the most up-to-date weather details prior to your trip.
